The 2007 inaugural SASIE (Southern Arizona Smart Inspiring Enterprise) Awards broke the mold for business accolades in Tucson and in 2008 the tradition of prestige and glamour continued.

 

From more than a 250 nominations, 46 of Southern Arizona’s finest businesses were in the final round of judging for the 2008 SASIE Awards. Between them they provide more than 4000 jobs and their turnover for 2007 was more than $416 million..

The lasting rewards of becoming a winner or a finalist in terms of media exposure, reputation and pride are an additional bonus and add to your company’s marketing and promotional efforts.

Guided by a panel of judges from a wide range of business interests, each year, the awards  enable companies of all sizes to have an equal chance to be a winner.

  Criteria


  • Any privately held business headquartered in the State of Arizona may be nominated for an award.

  • Any privately held business headquartered in the State of Arizona may be self nominated for an award.

  • Partners who jointly own and operate a small business may be nominated as the owner, provided the number of partners does not exceed four.
